I recently purchased a sofa, and the experience was overall excellent! The seller was very responsive, always keeping me updated before and after delivery, which gave me peace of mind. The sofa also arrived on time, which is a big plus.

There was a slight miscommunication, but they handled it very well and made sure everything was taken care of—great customer service!

As for the sofa itself, I absolutely love the quality. I’ve always been hesitant to buy furniture online, especially from other platforms, but I was really happy to find out there are local stores where I could see a similar sofa before making the purchase. That definitely gave me a sense of relief!

Would highly recommend for both the product and the smooth buying experience!

2 month in, we are still in love with the cloud sofa.

We also discovered a new functionality for it. With its deep seats and down feather filled cushions, it performs wonderously as a bed too.

Washing is okay and we have taken out the covers to wash 2 to 3 times already with no obvious signs of shrinkage (we can still put the covers back on without breaking out into too much sweat).

Stains left by our kids using markers, crayons and pens are also able to be cleared successfully with wash using normal detergent at home.

There was some initial hiccups with delivery due to custom delays. However, how it was handled was great and we love the quality of the couch! Even my cat loves it! Thanks alot ♥️

Amber's service is excellent in advising us on how to best configure the cloud sofa to fit our space.

The sofa is also super cool and my family loves it so far!

1 star off for some confusion with delivery and assembly which could have been improved.
